SPACE-F Batch 5 celebrated its Demo Day with impressive presentations from eight startups in the Accelerator program. These startups successfully conducted proof of concept trials with SPACE-F’s corporate partners, honed their skills and knowledge throughout the program, which were showcased to an audience of investors and industry enthusiasts.
The Demo Day was honored by the presence of Mr. Tawat Suthasineenont, Director of Global Innovation, Thai Union Group PCL, and Mr. Victor Seah, Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Indochina. The event also featured Louis-Alban Batard-Dupre, CEO of Yindii, an alumni from the SPACE-F Batch 2, who shared his startup journey and offered valuable insights to attendees.

1.N&E Innovations: Developed the world's first naturally synthesized antimicrobial disinfectant and food packaging made from food waste.
2.Biodefense led by BioShield: Introduced innovative solutions for food preservation.
3.UniFAHS: Presented PhagePrompt™, a phage solution combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in various food production stages.
4.Prefer: Showcased technology using fermentation to create coffee flavors from bread, soybeans, and barley.
5.Fattastic Technologies: Developed a platform for producing plant-based fats from vegetable oils.
6.MUI Robotics: Designed a platform for the food industry to enhance quality control, flavor analysis, and food safety.
7.Aquivio: Unveiled an innovative, customizable water dispenser allowing consumers to personalize their drinks.
8.Ingrediome: Leveraged photosynthetic precision fermentation to produce nature-identical animal proteins for recreating meat and seafood.
