2 Nov 2020 at SPACE-F, Bangkok, Thailand - Today marks the official beginning of SPACE-F batch 2, the 1st Global FoodTech Incubator and Accelerator Program of Thailand. We are more than happy to welcome our 19 outstanding FoodTech startups, who will be joining our extensive 5-month program (for Accelerator Program) and 9-month program (for Incubator Program). During this period, the startups will learn how to grow their business successfully not only from their own hands-on experiences but also from experiences of their peers in the same cohort, and from successful entrepreneurs and industry experts.
As the very first session, we conducted the orientation at SPACE-F (for Incubator Program) and via online (for Accelerator Program), where the startups learn about the program structures, involvement of SPACE-F founding members and partners, available supports, life at SPACE-F, and their peers in the same cohort.
In addition, the startups also learned more about the founding members and partners of SPACE-F from executives and representatives of each party including (1) Dr. Tunyawat Kasemsuwan, Global Innovation Director of Thai Union Group PCL., (2) Prof. Dr. Pattarachai Kiratisin, M.D., Director of the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management of Mahidol University, (3) Mr. Jirapot Tanapatchaiyapong, Vice President of Research and Development Center of Betagro PCL., (4) Dr. Narain Chutijirawong, Business Development Director of Deloitte Thailand, (5) Mr. Jean Lebreton, Senior Vice President of Thai Beverage PLC., and (6) Mr. Jittrapon Jirakulsomchok, Innovation Developer of National Innovation Agency (Public Organization)
An African proverb says “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
